0013 Sunset on the Chobe
Chobe National Park, Botswana
The Chobe River, bordering Chobe National Park to the north, twists and turns through swamps of wide reed and papyrus beds, forming hidden lagoons, which sometimes fill with water lilies. Its south bank alternates from open flood plains dotted with pans to thick woodlands. This limited edition photograph depicts a flock of Egyptian Geese over-flying the Chobe at sunset as they head to the safety of their night-time roosting area.
